Usage terms and product boundaries

The workspace supports risk discovery and evidence organization. It does not provide legal advice, product certification, an accessibility conformance claim, or permission to place a product on the market.

Manual verification required

You must verify extracted data, applicability, warnings, translations, supplier evidence, generated fields, and accessibility findings before relying on or publishing them.

Safe use

Submit only public HTTP or HTTPS pages that you are authorized to review. Do not use the service to probe internal systems, bypass access controls, overload websites, or upload unlawful or malicious material.

Availability

Beta features, limits, integrations, and stored data may change. Maintain your own copies of original evidence and business records.

Founding pilot

The paid founding pilot begins only after ComplyFolio confirms the accepted product, review scope, deliverables, timing, price, and payment instructions in writing. The pilot is a workflow and evidence-organization service subject to the same manual-verification and no-certification boundaries above. Product-specific professional advice, testing, translations, EU Responsible Person services, and marketplace approval are excluded unless separately and explicitly agreed.
