Who maintains it

The ComplyFolio product team maintains the software, readiness rules and public educational content. ComplyFolio is not an EU institution, market-surveillance authority, notified body, law firm, product-testing laboratory or accessibility certification body.

How decisions are bounded

Automated output is treated as a starting point. Product safety, legal scope, national implementation, document validity, translation quality, manual accessibility testing and publication approval remain with the seller and appropriately qualified reviewers.
